Free Make.com template · Typeform → Google Sheets → Slack

Save every Typeform lead. Get pinged only for the big ones.

A Slack message for every form response soon gets ignored. This template saves every Typeform response to your Google Sheet, once per email address. It posts to Slack only when the budget answer is 10,000 or more, so your channel shows the leads worth answering first.

Tested in Make on 6 Oct 2026 with fictional data and Typeform-shaped test requests sent to the scenario’s webhook: a new lead with a budget of 12,000 added a row and reached the Slack step (4 credits), and so did a budget of exactly 10,000 (the threshold is inclusive). A budget of 3,000, or no budget answer, added a row without Slack (3 credits). The same email again, in capitals with extra spaces, updated its row with no new row and no Slack (3 credits). A non-response event or a response without an email stopped at the filter (1 credit). Not tested: a real Typeform delivery (no Typeform account was connected), and posting to a real Slack channel (the Slack step ran against a channel that doesn’t exist, so nothing was posted). Send one fictional response to your own test channel first.

Typeform hot-lead alert: a response with a budget of 12,000 adds a row and a Slack alert, a budget of 3,000 adds a row with no ping
Fictional example: both responses are saved, only the 12,000 budget pings Slack.

What it does

One Make scenario with 6 modules (including the router). It runs in your own Make account with your own Typeform, Google and Slack connections. Nothing runs through Flowpaja.

1 · Receive

Typeform response in

Typeform sends each response to a Make custom webhook. Anything that isn’t a form_response event, or has no email answer with an “@”, stops here.

2 · Look up

Checks column A

Google Sheets › Search Rows checks column A of the Leads tab for the email, trimmed and lowercase.

3 · Route

New, hot or repeat

The router reads Search Rows’ Total number of bundles. 0 means a new email: Add a Row, and Slack › Send a Message if the budget is 10,000 or more. More than 0 means a repeat: Update a Row writes the time and the new response token. No new row, no Slack.

No field IDs to look up for a simple form: the template reads the first Email, Short text and Number answers. The README shows how to pick specific questions by field ID.

What’s in the download

One zip (v1.0, 6 Oct 2026).

  • Flowpaja_Typeform_Hot_Lead_Alert_FREE_blueprint.jsonThe Make scenario. No connections, IDs or tokens inside. You create your own webhook and connect your own Google and Slack accounts.
  • Leads_sample.csvThe Leads tab with 8 columns and 5 fictional rows (example.invalid addresses).
  • README.mdSetup in 9 steps, three curl test requests (plus a PowerShell tip), credits per response and limits.

Setup in about 20 minutes

You need a Make.com account (the Free plan works), a Typeform account, a Google account and a Slack workspace. No Make account yet? Create a free Make account (affiliate link). No Typeform yet? Try Typeform (affiliate link).

Copy the sheet

Upload the CSV to Google Drive, open it as a Google Sheet and name the tab Leads. Keep the column order A–H.

Import and connect Typeform

Create a new scenario › ⋯ › Import Blueprint. Create the webhook in module 1 and paste its URL into your form’s webhook settings. Click Detect new values and submit one fictional response.

Connect Google and Slack

Choose the sheet and the Leads tab in modules 2 and 4, your Google connection in module 6, and a private test channel in module 5.

Test, then switch on

Click Run once, send the three test requests from the README and check the sheet and Slack. Then switch the scenario on.

Credits

Measured in our Make test.

  • New lead, budget 10,000 or more: 4 credits (webhook, Search Rows, Add a Row, Slack). The router and filters use none.
  • Any other new lead: 3 credits (webhook, Search Rows, Add a Row).
  • Repeat email: 3 credits (webhook, Search Rows, Update a Row).
  • No email, or not a form response: 1 credit (the webhook only).
  • On the Free plan’s 1,000 credits a month, that’s roughly 250–330 responses, before retries and any other scenarios. Check your actual usage in Scenario history.

Limits

A free, deliberately simple template.

  • One row per email. A returning person’s new response doesn’t add a row or trigger Slack, even with a bigger budget. Columns G and H show that they came back.
  • Budget must be a Number question. Dropdown ranges or text such as “$10k–20k” aren’t compared; that lead is still saved, without a Slack alert. No currency conversion.
  • The first Email, Short text and Number answers are used. With several questions of one type, switch to field IDs as the README shows.
  • Sheets and Slack aren’t one transaction. If a run fails at Slack after the row was added, Make stores it as an incomplete execution (the blueprint turns “Store incomplete executions” on, and it worked on Make’s Free plan in our test). Retry it from Incomplete executions.
  • A failed run pauses the queue. Sequential processing is on, so while an incomplete execution is waiting, new responses wait in the webhook queue. Nothing is lost, but nothing is processed either. Retry or delete the incomplete execution and the waiting responses run in order.
  • It sends no email, doesn’t create CRM contacts and doesn’t assign leads to people.

Want leads in HubSpot?

Lead Router ($19) takes Google Form leads, looks up the exact email in HubSpot, creates or updates the contact, sends $10k+ budgets to a hot Slack channel and alerts you when a HubSpot step fails. It’s a one-time purchase with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Using it with Typeform means changing the trigger and field mapping yourself.

FAQ

Does it use Typeform's own Make module?
No. It uses a Make custom webhook, and you add that URL in Typeform's webhook settings. You don't need a Typeform connection in Make.
Can I change the 10,000 threshold?
Yes. Edit the number in the filter between modules 4 and 5. The filter is "greater than or equal to", so a budget of exactly 10,000 counts as hot.
What if a returning lead now has a bigger budget?
They don't get a second row or a Slack alert. Their existing row gets the time (column G) and the new response token (column H), so you can see they came back.
Does it work on Typeform's free plan?
Typeform's Help Center lists webhooks on every plan (checked 6 Oct 2026). Your form's response limit still applies.
Can I use it with Make's Free plan?
Yes. It is one active scenario and uses 4 credits per new lead with a budget of 10,000 or more, 3 per other new lead or repeat email, and 1 per request without an email. The Free plan includes 1,000 credits a month and 2 active scenarios.
What happens if the Slack step fails?
Make stores the run as an incomplete execution, and the row is already written, so a retry resumes at Slack without adding a second row. Because sequential processing is on, new responses wait in the webhook queue until you retry or delete that incomplete execution. Check Incomplete executions if new responses stop appearing.
Is my data sent to Flowpaja?
No. The scenario runs in your own Make account with your own webhook, Google and Slack connections. The download contains no connections, IDs or tokens.
