Flowpaja (“we”, “us”) operates the static website at flowpaja.com. This policy explains what information we handle and what we don’t.

Who we are

Flowpaja is a brand offering no-code automation guidance and done-for-you services for small and medium businesses. Contact: flowpaja.fi@gmail.com.

No cookies or analytics

This website does not set cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, heatmaps or similar tracking tools. Visiting the site alone does not create a profile about you on our servers.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted as static files (for example on Netlify or a similar host). The host may keep standard server logs such as IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and reliability. Those logs are controlled by the host’s own policies.

Email contact

If you email us at flowpaja.fi@gmail.com, we process the address and content you send so we can reply. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that conversation or a related project. We do not sell your contact details.

Done-for-you projects

When we build automations for you, work happens in your accounts (Make, Slack, Google Sheets, CRM and similar). You remain the controller of that data. We do not host your customer data on Flowpaja servers.

Affiliate links

Some links to Make.com include an affiliate partner code. If you register through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking an affiliate link may take you to Make’s site, which has its own privacy policy and cookies.

Embedded YouTube video

The homepage includes a “click to load” YouTube facade. No YouTube content, cookies or scripts load until you choose to play the video. After you click, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and process data under Google’s privacy policy.

Links to X (Twitter), Make.com and other third parties are outside our control. Their privacy practices apply once you leave flowpaja.com.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you (typically email correspondence). Contact flowpaja.fi@gmail.com to exercise them.

Changes

We may update this page when the site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change accordingly.
