- Leads_tab.csv The same rows as CSV

QUICK START
1. Google Sheets: a tab named Leads with these headers in row 1:
   submitted_at, name, email, message, source, request_id, received_at
2. Make: Create a new scenario > three dots (upper right) > Import blueprint > choose the .json file.
3. Module 1 (Custom webhook): click Add, name it, save, copy the address. Keep it private.
4. Modules 2 and 3 (Google Sheets): connect Google, pick your spreadsheet and the Leads tab (same in both).
5. Click Run once, then send TEST 1 from test_requests.txt so Make learns the fields.
6. Run tests 2-4. Expect exactly 2 new rows. Then switch the scenario on.

The sender must send a unique request_id per submission, and the same request_id on retries.
Credits (measured in our test on 2 Oct 2026): 3 per new request, 2 per duplicate, 1 per request stopped by the filter.
